Pricing of products on our website is subject to change at any time without notice. 


On placing your order with the supplier, we may find the product unavailable due to being a discontinued line, out of stock or unavailable due to various reasons. We at PayNoMore will endeavour to find a similar product that suits your requirements. In the event of the replacement product not suiting your requirements PayNoMore will refund all monies paid.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason the payment terms cannot be met please contact our office and we will discuss the options available, including payment deferment or extension.

Once your layby has commenced it can be cancelled at any time, all money paid will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $30 minimum, plus no more than 10% of the total value of the order.

Due to the lead time and complexity of furniture all customers must understand that it can take up to 10 weeks after final payment of the item for it to be shipped. By placing a layby with PayNoMore you are committing to these terms and conditions. It is always our intent to ship goods immediately, however PayNoMore reserves the right to take up to this time frame to deliver these products. If these terms and conditions are unacceptable then you should choose to not layby through our company.

Delivery – Methods and Areas    WE ONLY DELIVER TO NSW

The standard charge for local delivery is $25.00 for Sydney Metro. This payment must be made before the item/s is delivered. For areas outside of the metro, delivery will be calculated as per courier terms and conditions. 

We do ship small item/s to Po Boxes. Should your delivery address change, please inform us immediately. Items returned due to change of address will incur the standard $35.00 redelivery cost associated with the return and redelivery of your items.

Once you have made your last payment you will need to allow 5 business days for your payment to clear. Deliveries are shipped within 10 business days after your final payment has been processed, unless otherwise advised, or within 21 days after your final payment has been processed if payments have been completed sooner than originally scheduled. This allows time for your payment to be processed and for your order to be packed and dispatched, also for your item to come into stock if you complete your layby early.

PayNoMore reserves the right to refuse delivery to any area deemed out of the delivery zone. The delivery address must be stated on the order request. Delivery to upstairs houses or too hard to access properties will incur an additional charge not in excess of $200. PayNoMore is able to deem products undeliverable based on property access. Other delivery arrangements can be made by contacting our office.

Tracking Delivery

An email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

For items delivered by Australia Post a tracking number will be provided for each parcel. Items on the same order may be delivered on different days. Please track the progress of your parcel by visiting:


Please note that the Auspost tracking service will not show any events until the barcode is first scanned in by Australia Post. This may not occur until your parcel has reached your local Auspost processing centre.

For heavy items you will receive a phone call a few days before your layby I due to be delivered to arrange a suitable day for your delivery.


We will gladly replace item/s should a product be damaged in transit and in accordance with our legal responsibilities as a merchant. We are unable to accept returns for other reasons such as if you have changed your mind or have made an incorrect choice about the product and no longer wish to keep it. In the event that damage has occurred in transit you must notify us within 2 business days or we will no longer be held responsible.


All products come with genuine manufactures warranty. This warranty is direct with the manufacturer. When you receive your item/s a tax invoice will be included. If there are any issues you will need to go direct to the manufacturer and supply them with your tax invoice to claim on the warranty.
